    Yelp is important because your customers may leave reviews on Yelp. A local body shop has 4 negative reviews on yelp and has no idea. Probably because the body shop owner does not think people use yelp to locate body shops. They probably don’t, but google does list the negative reviews when a customer searches the body shop in google. Doesn’t hurt an agency owner to just add Yelp when you are asking for reviews.
